  Very impressed with Mr. Kris & his company philosophy - no 3 hour window times of when he will come out, gives you a specific time and is there 5 minutes early. AWESOME. Very kind and a true professional. As a realtor I deal with a lot of contractors and home repair men on a daily basis - Mr. Kris @ Aegis Electric has earned my trust and business moving forward. Rates were extremely fair and my clients were more than satisfied. If you have any electrical needs, I would highly recommend you give him a call. Great price and awesome service. Thanks Mr. Kris!

  I have known Kris for over 40years and have used Aegis on multiple occasions since it's inception. They have always been prompt, polite, professional and fair. An absolute subject matter expert in the electrical arena. Since 2007 they have consistently operated with the highest degree of integrity with consumers as well as suppliers. It appears that little miss office worker from South Star Granite and Flooring has been taken advantage of by the owners toxic culture and duped into spewing his lies about issues she is not fully informed of. Typical sheeple response in order to cover up professional inadequacies. A little free advice for the entry level Morlock....the customer doesn't care if work is done for free...they do in fact want the work done correctly.

  Fake News South Star Granite cut wrong hole for my counter top. Strongly urged not to use this company. Showed up with Counter top that was two different sizes. To their credit they did correct that. I gave them a sink I wanted installed which they took with them to template and they still come out the wrong one.They cut out for double bowl sink when I gave them single bowl. Unfortunately was told this was the last piece of granite of that color that we picked out in stock. Was told they had the same size sink that would fit the hole they cut and they would credit me $300 the cost of the sink I bought which I gave them so they can resell. The sink they installed does not fit the cut out. The cut out is at half inch too big on one side and 1/2 inch do small on the other. Manager wanted to cut my custom cabinets that I built myself to make their mistake work not happening, I Guest installing larger sink . I deducted $500 from agreed price. Original agreed price was $2400,They said they would take off 300, paid them $1900. Probably should not of paid anything more than the 50% deposit. The manager said he was going to send me to collections, good luck with that. Had this Conversation the first time they called, let them know how unhappy I was, there is not anything further to be done. Also said if they call back and wasted more of my time I would leave a review, probably multiple. Now they say I am black mailing them.Want to come out and make hole even bigger so it matches. Done, do not want it to look that way,bad enough on 2 sides, paid for flush,no way to make hole that is too big smaller. Now they threaten to leave fake review on my business
