  Very disappointed. Not the Chop house of years past. Calamari was horrible! My Prime Rib was cold. Ordered asparagus with my Prime Rib and it was not served with my dinner. Every dining facility that serves Prime Rib has horseradish sauce mixed with sour cream, not the Chop House. I was brought horseradish sauce and sour cream to mix my own. Yikes! JM Won't be back anytime soon.

  AEP is turning peoples power off without notice and before bill due dates. This happened before and the rep I spoke with agreed with me and removed the reconnect fee. They did it again today but the rep was piece of $h!t. I asked for the supervisor and she just hung up on me. I was polite the entire phone call, that took about 45 minutes. Don't let them steal from you.

  I absolutely LOVE AEP ,very kind people and they will work with you on your bill..Turning off electricity I the last thing they want to do..Highly recommend A++++
