  Worst power company in the world. I would rather run my entire house on a generator than deal with these people. I could type up the whole messy story but it comes down to us being promised service hookup 1-10 business days. 5th business day we call they say they have no record of us...they promise that day or the next. 9th business day we call we are promised that day or the next. Talk to 3 seperate supervisors and I'm told there is nothing they can do. I scheduled a different service to be hooked up 3weeks later from the first day I called so that I am sure the electric will be ready. Told I'm sure how frustrating that is but they can't do anything.

  This company is worse than Duke Energy. I moved in and signed up for auto pay. Then was told I couldn't have the date I signed up for. I paid next bill and it was returned. My bank never returned anything. I was told that it was all my fault. They are disgusting. They are absolutely no help. I hade Hamilton utilities before and they would bend over backwards to help you. Aep must hire everyone from Duke.
