I had a Generator installed by two of their great employees-Shawn and Austin. If I had a bunch of employees like them working for me, we could rule the world. They were clean, professional, and the workmanship was excellent!! Great company and I am very happy I decided to use them!!

Needed an emergency electrician tonight. Cory did a absolutely professional job and was in and out in an hour!  Recommend Recommend Recommend.

I've never written a review on anything, but I felt compelled to after the service Ainsworth provided yesterday. Called with an issue after work hours and they had someone immediately dispatched to area. Everyone I spoke to had excellent customer service and the job was done very efficiently. If I ever need electric work done again, there's not a doubt in my mind who I would call on. Thanks!

The repairman got here very quickly. He was extremely polite and working hard to find the broken wires as we were out of heat. He traced where  the wires we're broken outside on the roof from a poor installation that a furnace and air
air conditioning company. Had installed the wiring previously. The temperature outside was 20 degrees and dropping in 2 hours we had our heat back on just before midnight. The repairman picked up and cleaned up everything that he had done inside the house in the garage and outside
We had Ainsworth Electric install a
standby generator approximately 8 years ago and are very satisfied with that also. I give them 5 stars for the work that they done here.

I had called Ainsworth to come out and give me a quote for some work that I needed done and was prepared to book them but, despite coming out to give me a quote I never heard back from them. I called the office twice to see if I had possibly missed something and I was told that they would call me back with a quote but I never received a call. I ended up giving my money to TMA electrical who came out and did it the next day.

I have not received a bill for our current service but I have used them in the past and found them very reasonable. Tony came to our home within an hour of me calling for a quote and was able to schedule us for the next day. Jim was extremely professional, explained himself clearly and in terms I would understand, every step of the way. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone with electrical needs.

We have always had great customer service from Ainsworth, and while we purchased our whole house generator from Lowe's, Ainsworth has serviced it/maintained it for us over the years that we have owned it.
They are prompt, courteous, and they also diagnosed and installed a part on it when the generator did not recognize a brownout condition and the panel fried.  (Ours is an older model without that brownout feature.)
They were just out today 7/7/2016 to answer questions we had and to check it over from our concerns during this hot, humid weather when we had an issue with it.
Jake was extremely nice, and he came out as soon as they could get to our problem.  Thanks again!!  That is great customer service!

I used Ainsworth Electric for generators several times over the last 6 or 7 years and they were efficient and cost competitive.  Before my last experience, the last two times I used them for emergency generators for our business the charge was about $1,200 each time and they were on site within 2 hours.  The last time I used them, it took them 4 hours to get here so we didn't get service until Noon.  When I got the bill, we were charged $6,200!  Normally I would have asked for an estimate for something like this but we'd done business with them for years without any problems.  When I contacted Rich Ainsworth and asked how the price went up almost 600% in two years his reply was basically, "that's what we charge".  After repeated communications I finally settled with him at about a 400% price increase.  If you must do business with them, you better get a written contract up front.

Had transfer switch installed to run my house with my generator 2 years ago.  Had very courteous, friendly staff take good care of me. Highly recommended. I would call them for any electrical need in the future. And the switch paid for itself in the first year.
