We called for services to get our unit fixed back in October 2020. Mike Pate came and said that we needed a coil we paid for the service and parts to get if fixed. We never got the parts or services. First he was saying the parts were late due to covid we waited and waited still no parts or services. Our phone calls were ignored he never fixed it or returned our money. He stopped answering calls and just ignored it. I even went the his home a few times to talk to him in person he promised he would see what was going on with the parts and that since deliveries were slow due to covid that was the delay. We still have not heard from him to this day no money returned no services were done to our unit. Not sure why there’s no record because I have receipts and everything. Plus there are other people saying they had issues with this company as well.

Hi Miss Spencer I was just checking to see what was the issue to where we would get a one star from you. Looking through my records we don't have you listed as a customer? Can it be up under a different name? Can you send a copy of the invoice Because we sure do need to take care of this. You could email it to [email protected] Or text it to 843-287-0607 and we'll get that taken care of... Yes as of October 23rd of 2020 we came out to replace a TXV which is also called an expansion valve. After the expansion valve was replaced the system was being checked for startup and the compressor was not pumping properly. And you had paid for the expensive valve to be replaced. But your system needed also a compressor a price was given to replace the compressor and also replacing of the equipment itself you chose to do neither with us. The compressor was on backorder and we we're not giving an exact ETA for the compressor to come in. You never paid anything for the compressor. Now if you have any other documents stating different please send that to us

We just moved to the area and the first time we called him he repaired our water meter he came out quick fast and did a wonderful job so then when our heat wasn’t working the only person we knew To call was him and he came out within the hour and fixed it in minutes. He also explain to us what he was doing and if we had the same problem how we could fix it in the meantime he’s a wonderful man really appreciate him I hope I don’t need him for any more repairs but if I do he will be the only person I called. Thank you so much!!

Nice and prompt, BUT the price was too much for the amount of work he did. He just changed a capacitor. After 20 minutes of labor, charged me $292.00. Although it was a Saturday, they advertise open 24 hours. I would have appreciated a cheaper and more fair price. I felt like he took advantage of a commercial business in hamlet.

Wow Sam. Don't know what advertising is seeing where it says we're open 24 hours. We haven't been up for 24 hours in over 5 years. The hours are 8-8 Monday through Friday 9:00 till 6:00 Saturday Sunday and holidays. Actually your bill was $325 I gave you a 10% discount which brought it down to $292.50. which when you called I told you it would be the afternoon before I could get there and you were saying that you had all these things that you had to do that day including going to your son's football game could I make it there any quicker. I switched my first call with you so that you could go to your son's football game and I did not charge you any extra of doing that. I don't know what the products you sell in your business calls but I'm sure it's not free or where you're not making a profit. Air Rescue sales comfort and service. So let's recap you called her between 8:00 and 9:00 to have me come and put Freon in your system and you were supplying the freon. You're going to your son's football game so I had to reschedule customer that was ahead of you so that you can make it to the football game. And had you up and running within an hour of me getting there. And you only paid $292.50 which was discounted 10% off which that is normally for repeat customers. It sounds to me that I was the one taking advantage of. And you're not just paying for the part that I put on you paying for the knowledge to know how to put the part on what part you put on the warranty on the part and what it takes to get the part to you that I actually had on the truck. I'm sure each and every one of your customers that was there enjoyed the cold air that they were getting.
