  I called for a furnace repair at 5:30 AM on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022, no response until I called again, over 2 hours later. The serviceman didn't show until 9:30, 4 hours after the initial call, was billed a total of $324 to replace a flame sensor - $6-$25 on Amazon, Air Solutions charged $125 for the part. Joined their maintenance service plan or was told the repair could've been an additional $159 more. The repairman wasn't in my house 30 minutes. This is robbery. We had a house full of company, including a 1 year old child, due to my son's funeral the day before. I'm willing to pay an after hours charge for a weekend repair but this is ridiculous.

  Hopefully after we spoke on the phone today you understand the charges. The 125.00 was for parts and labor, the other 199.00 was for two future tune ups and to be on our advantage plan which give you discounts. And no overtime charges.   Animal Attraction Pet Store has relied on AIR SOLUTIONS Heating and Air in Greeley for the last 3 years. Very satisfied with their work. Air Solutions has always been the 1st company to show up for our needs in cases of emergency. This company was able to show up to our business within 10 to 12 hours of a call even when the industry was extremely busy and we were told by other HVAC services that it would be a 2 week wait or more. The pricing is right in line with the industry. The first experience we had with Air Solutions was great. We were told by another company that we needed an entire new blower for our 15 year old York Rooftop unit that was gonna run about 1500$ to get replaced. Air Solutions took a look at the rooftop unit and found our blower was in fine condition and we only needed a digital mother board replaced in the unit. That repair was under 300$ and fixed the problem. The tech that helped on the 1st visit told us we would probably get about 3 to 4 more years out of the 15 year old York. We got exactly 3 more years out of it. We chose AIR SOLUTIONS for our new AC and Heater Unit. Air Solutions showed us the Advantages and Options of going with a NEW TRANE AC/Heat UNIT. We compared prices and found that again AIR SOLUTIONS was right in line with the industry. We had already been impressed with AIR SOLUTIONS service and decided to have them do the install of a Brand New TRANE AC/Heat Unit. The install went very smoothly and the TRANE by far out performs our old YORK unit. After lots of research it seems that TRANE has consistently been the TOP mfg. of HVAC units across the country. Most installers call them a 25 to 30 year unit. Which if you get more than 20 years, that is amazing! Anyhow, super long review made short: * Very Fast and Friendly service. * Very Fair pricing , inline with the industry. * They Sell TRANE and some other very reputable brands. * They are Trane certified installers. * They really cared about taking care of my Pet Shop because of all the Animals and Fish possibly having issues with really high temps. * The staff was very professional, polite, and informative.
