My grandpa owns this company! My grandma works there, and my mom and stepdad used to as well. I used to be in the office during the summer, everyone was so nice, and miss Danielle is awesome!

Our condo association has a contract with AirPlus to perform semi-annual inspections, which is how we found them. They have also done some repair work for us on our HVAC and our water heater. All work, both inspections and repairs, has been done quickly and professionally. They are very knowledgeable about our condo systems, and are patient in explaining problems/solutions to the average person. Their office staff is also friendly, responsive, and flexible.

I found Airplus on Nextdoor and I am so glad. We bought a 1960's fixer upper and now we have found our go-to company for most everything. Can't tell you what a relief that is. This is a family company that does almost everything - HVAC, Generators, Electrical and Plumbing. They even do the drywall repair and painting when they finish. We had them come out to inspect, then service our HVAC system. Antoine is now our dedicated HVAC service provider. When we updated our bathroom and our home was full of tile dust. We hired them to do a duct cleaning. You receive an email and/or text notice with a picture of your service provider. So you know exactly who is coming to your door and when. That is just lovely. Also they send their estimates and invoices electronically so you can see everything and have a record of all your transactions. Having worked with some local providers, I can't tell you what a relief it is. You have a clear and transparent record of what you did pay for and what you didn't. We have since then hired their master electrician to ground our electrical system, rewire our home, install new fixtures and install lights in the attic. His team has a dedicated drywall repair and full time painter who repaired all the walls. He even fixed the crack in our ceiling we inherited with the house. We are impressed with their professionalism, timeliness and very reasonable rates. They are problem solvers and work well together. They noticed that my hall light wasn't sufficient. They found one in the truck and it was perfect. They noticed that we had an outlet with a power strip and suggested we add another outlet and/or increase the outlet to 4 plugs. They noticed that our attic didn't have proper light and gave us a very reasonable estimate to install lighting - now we can actually see up there. It is huge. Our only challenge has been with getting updates when you have a service scheduled out by several months. We had booked our rewiring project out by 3 months and they don't book their teams until the week prior. So getting updates in the interim or asking about scope increases before they got on-site was a challenge. We learned that they do better once they are here with you and when they are on-site, it is better just to get as much done as you can while the crew is there. Now we are looking at them for a plumbing upgrade and to install a mini-split in the basement. Honestly, we may need a wee break from renovation but we know who we will call when we are ready to start again.
