Great shop. Friendly and caring staff.. fixed my car in 3 hours. Awesome work . my car is running great. Also very affordable prices. I recommend this spot for anybody with car problems.

Excellent customer service, very professional, and just overall pleasant experience. They had to swap out my module due to electrical issues. Second time around, car was making loud humming, front and rear bearings. Diagnosis thoroughly and fixed in a timely manner. That’s 2 for 2 visits.

Mario was very professional and honest! He did no repair but he told me what I needed to do with my car. Because he did some check and gave me advices, I felt the need to at least pay him something for that services. Overall, I’m happy there are still honest people out there and did not try to rip me off!

This is for a VW Touareg v8; had issues, they stated it was an easy fix. His area has many vehicles stalled in the lot. I asked, all these vehicles are yours?  He said yes, they are just waiting on parts.
Two weeks later, no communication, representative said it was the speed sensor, we checked the speed sensor with his own equipment and showed that the sensor was working therefore it could not have been that particular sensor.  Part of the sensor was broken when the rep had removed it, due to lack of confidence and and trust we removed the vehicle. Two weeks, false diagnosis, and $95+ later,  still no fix. I imagine why he has a bunch of vehicles, because when you pay, it says if not paid he places leans on the cars. Advice, unless you have domestic pre-2000 vehicles, these guys could help, otherwise, go elsewhere.

Thank you so much for your feedback Joel, however, when we ran our preliminary diagnostic using our scanner, we received about 6 pages worth of diagnostic trouble codes (of which a copy was given to you). After analyzing the codes, we decided to begin with what we deemed to be the most critical which was the Engine Speed Sensor, or in other cars known as the Crankshaft Position Sensor. We decided to begin here because this sensor is a fail safe sensor in which if the ECM does not detect any movement inside of the engine, it will disable both spark and fuel injection rendering the engine inoperative. We followed the diagnostic procedure written by Volkswagen itself to determine that the ESS was indeed malfunctioning.

As far as checking the sensor, you used our multimeter with a friend of yours to check the sensor and you guys determined that it was okay when we used our oscilloscope to measure the waveforms being produced by the sensor to determine that it was inoperative. We understand that we accidentally damaged a brittle connector that was toasted after many years of being exposed to heat, but we were going to replace it at no cost to you.

As far as the quantity of cars at our lot, we assure you that whatever the status may be, we make sure that it in no way affects the attention that we provide to any of our customers as we sincerely make the best of efforts to give everyone the best service that they deserve. We NEVER place liens on vehicles that are paid for in full, nor is it the first option that we seek with anyone as we try to ensure that everyone has explored every option to try and come to a financial arrangement to where nobody is harmed.

We're very sorry that we weren't able to get your vehicle to start as fast as you had hoped for. We always try to deliver customer vehicle's as fast as we can, but each vehicle presents a different and unique challenge that requires different diagnostic techniques, tools and times.

This shop was the only one in town that was able to repair my 1980 Chevrolet Corvette. They are prompt, courteous and very professional. I will refer them customers and come back to service my vehicles.

This business is a rip off. This man is a scam. I let him work on a old truck of mine and spent a couple of thousands to rewire it completely and very poor work  O, he also leaves your vehicle on the street with the keys and open windows with no one around that should be working on your vehicle. Shame on him. Beware of this business.

Hello Blanca, we're very sorry to hear that you feel we've ripped you off, but when it comes to complete re-wirings, we truly make the biggest effort to make your wiring look as close to original as possible. If there was anything in our services that you didn't like, please give us a call and we'll definitely take care of any issue you might be having or anything that you didn't agree with aesthetically. As far as leaving your car in the street, we apologize. But we never rewire cars in the street because they're long term projects and we don't like to do such time consuming jobs where we feel we'll struggle more to do. We've only done a couple of complete re-wirings this year, and neither were done on the street. But all of our vehicles on the street are constantly being monitored in our office by our security cameras as well as if keys are in the vehicle, a technician is working on the vehicle as all keys are stored in our office when they're not being serviced. Mario and Randy are very nice guys they are also very professional, there quality work is just up there, they will take care of your car needs and give you good pricing. My windows and blinkers stopped working and I took it to them and they were fixed right away. They did a great job!  Thank you guys!
