  Severely displeased in the lack of communication and customer service. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to tell you what information they need, but be rest assured! They will send you the same letter dozens of times, but won’t explain what it is exactly they need filled out- and they will not contact you to let you know they are missing information, but rather will just wait until you contact them. And when you do they will only give you short replies, with no real communication.

  Personnel give their best face forward. The system of the Union practices are cumbersome & difficult.
