  Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment on 3/28 for Albertson Electric to install a quad box. I waited six hours, but no one showed. I repeatedly called their office during this time, and Rebecca assured me that though the electrician was delayed due to an emergency call after hours, that he would be coming. Stringing a customer along for six hours is unprofessional. I asked for a call from one of the owners, but I am still waiting, three weeks later. I have used this company before, and it is disappointing to see them drop the ball.

  I needed a GFI outlet installed under my kitchen sink and was immediately referred by many happy friends, family and neighbors to call Albertson Electric. The electrician arrived at my home wearing a mask and glove. He was knowledgeable, patient and worked quickly to safely install the outlet. Albertson Electric was very fair with billing and I am 100% satisfied with their installation and work. Highly recommend their services and will refer to others in need. Big thanks to Joe Jr., John and the entire team over at Albertson Electric.

  These guys are phenomenal. My dad had got a plug installed by them for a generator he purchased and raved about the job they did so naturally I used them for my own generator installation. From now on they will be the only company I call for my electrical needs. They were on time, unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely professional. They explained every little detail with me and by the time they left I knew exactly how the generator operated. I'm very pleased and I HIGHLY recommend them.
