  When we decided to buy a Hot tub we did our homework and talked to everyone in the area that sales them or has bought one. These guys at ALCOE are the best, best friendly informed sales team , best customer service and delivery. They leave no question why they are number 1 in the area. The whole team have one goal and that is to make sure you get exactly what you wanted and you remain happy after the sale! We love our tub and the ALCOE family! We made the right choice.

  I got my first Hot tub from them and have been nothing but pleased. They did an amazing job of explaining the options available and made the purchase experience very easy and enjoyable. Delivery and set up was much quicker then I expected and I have enjoyed it almost every day for the last 3 months. This is definitely one of the best purchases I've ever made.

  We just had our tub installed this week. One thing that stuck out was the family owned style of their business. They truly care for their customers in a time where customer service is fading. Appreciated them so much, God Bless!
