  Great place, fast service, best internet that’s ever been around and a shout-out to the first responders that go out in bad weather conditions and putting themselves on the line and in harms way to keep the power and electricity going day in and day out for Alcorn County and being on the call to assist other county’s and states in need!!!

  My elderly Mother keeps her thermostat set for same temperature 80 she's always cold. Energy efficient unit and home. Her previous bill had double kilowatts. Absolutely "No Way Possible!" I took every bill in folder to discuss this overcharge. Slug behind the desk had zero personality. She said fews words. No emotion or empathy. I knew I wasting my time with her and our issue. She took my cell number. Never received a call for a from the Ace technician 😠😡😤

  Completely fed up with both ACE power and ACE Fiber, obviously a monopoly, tried switching my business from AT&T to ACE Fiber and had an installation date setup, technician shows up and ACE told him that they could not install at my location, talked to the "so called CFO," and he was of no help. All I have to say about these companies is follow the money. A supposed "non-profit," cooperative however we spend thousands of dollars per year and they are still titled as "non profit." I will keep my internet service with AT&T and continue sending my money out of town to them.

We would love the opportunity to serve you with the best internet service available and with very competitive pricing. Unfortunately we would require this to be on one of our business pricing plans, as it turns out the location you refer to is a business and not a residential account. Additionally, for clarification, ACE Power is a not-for-profit cooperative and it's subsidiary, ACE Fiber, is a for-profit LLC. While ACE Fiber is for-profit, we are running it with certain cooperative principles, which will enable all members of ACE Power to benefit from the profits of our fiber sales, even if they do not take our fiber service. We look forward to serving your needs in the years to come, both from an electric and broadband perspective.
