  I had the pleasure of meeting Herald when he came out to take a look at some issues at my house. Herald was a honest, respectable gentleman that gave me some great advice and fixed all my issues. Alert Electric has won a customer for life because of Herald. Can't say thank you enough.

  2/2/2017. Harold (the owner, I believe) was here in 15 minutes and quickly located the ground fault. He explained everything as he was doing it. He narrowed it down to the underground wire that connects an outlet on the outside of the house to the motor in our septic tank. Harold was very courteous, worked quickly and cleaned up the work area when he was done. I highly recommend Alert Electric!
