  Dropped a motor off 9 days ago. The lady there (Wife) took my name and number and said her husband would call me the next day. I did not receive any call. I tried to call a few days later and left a message requesting a call back. Nothing. I finally called again today and was told husband would be back in 30 minutes and would call me. Nothing. I went ahead and drove to their shop and asked for my motor back. She asked for my name and I told her and she said they couldn’t find the motor I had dropped off. In plain view was the motor in the box I had dropped it off in. Customer service is horrible. No follow up. The lady was corgile and nice, just no follow up from anybody.
