All American Home Service is a life saver! The front office staff Bree was awesome! We had frozen pipes under our home and had been without water for 5 days. We used a different company initially. That company came and fixed one pipe, turned the water on and just left. My husband went underneath the house to find water flooded all over and we still had several broken pipes. I called All American and they were able to prioritize us. They had someone out the next morning. The plummer with All American that came out was timely, thorough and professional. He mended all the broken pipes and ensured there were no more leaks. I would highly reccomend All American! Excellent service!

This was a very professional company. My husband, Bruce, and I found our older boiler giving up and called All American Plumbing and heating to quote replacing it. We were given a numer of options to choose from, an exact quote for each, and a time-line. Both the quote and time-line were kept to. The staff were very easy to work with. Breah who took my order was always available for questions and she also helped me fill in the insurance paperwork that was needed. Never had trouble reaching any staff I needed to speak with. The install team led by Chase was awesome, knew what he was doing and made quick work of the removal of the old system and installation of the new system. His co-worker, Nic, was equally experienced and knowledgeable and both had no hesitations in their actions and got a job done in 1 day that was meant to take most of 2. Both Chase and Nic also took the time to answer our questions and show us the various aspects of the products. It is never fun or easy to have to spend the sums of money to buy and install a new boiler and hot water heater when the old ones are dead, but this company made it easy for us and headache free and we appreciate it. We fully recommend them to anyone who needs these services. Bruce and Simonetta

Pre-Review: I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews. I always try to resolve issues with the company directly first. However since we were not able to come to a resolution I informed them I would have to leave a negative review to which they acknowlged. Review: I caution you to be very clear with your questions and be aware this company always charges a Fee. I contacted this company about my hot water heater not working. I asked what it would cost and was told that the technician would identify the issue and any parts needing replaced then propvide me a quote before doing any work. (Mostly true but misleading statement) The tech spent 20 something minutes looking at the system with a flashlight. He believed I either had a loose connection or a pinched wire which I resolved accidently while looking at the system my self while waiting for him to arrive. The tech was courteous and professional He the. Proceeded to charge me a diagnostic fee of $120 ish dollars (that includes a discount) Knowing this was not his policy I paid the fee and reached out to the company as I was not expecting this because of my earlier call where I inquired about the cost. After much talking I chuck the whole thing up to miscommunication. And while this was acknowlged by the company they did not wish to compensate me by lowering the price. I do not feel the services provided warranted the price. I am 8 minutes from their office the total time spent if you include driving was was less that 45 minutes and even less on site. Even if you scope it to 1 hr that's $120 an hour. That what you expect to pay a lawyer not an honest tradesman. Simply put, when I inquired about the cost she should have been upfront and said "there will be a Diagnostic fee of x Amount and any additional cost will be quoted to you prior to work being done." I implore the company to ALWAYS inform your customer of the diagnostic fee and the customer to ask more questions.

Hi Cyrel, Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate it and the positive comments regarding our service expert, who you mentioned was professional and courteous. We are glad that it was such a simple thing and your system has been running well ever since. When looking for a price over the phone there are many variables and systems out there. This is why we are very clear on the phone that when the service expert gets to their home they will provide a price before any of the work is done. While our office staff is knowledgeable, they are not able to diagnose a "no hot water" problem over the phone and therefore unable to give the customer a price to get it fixed. We will be sure to clarify our procedures to avoid any future misunderstandings. Thank you and we wish you the best.
