  They got the job done, but I wouldn’t consider using them again. I solicited this business to install a simple electrical outlet, after a different master electrician - also from smithville - estimated the job but was so disorganized that I was unable to schedule an appt to actually do the work . Enter “All Communities Electric”. Electrician journeyman “Steve” showed up to install the outlet, and as I was explaining to him where I wanted the outlet to go, Steve became concerned that a cabinet on the wall would have an obstruction behind it. I told the electrician there was no obstruction behind this cabinet, which was installed by Garage Experts 4 years ago. Steve, apparently perturbed that the homeowner disagreed with his shoot-from-the-hip diagnoses of my wall, walked out and got into his car without saying a word, and drove off. LOL I called the owner of this business, “Don”, to complain that his employee up and left the job with zero explanation. Don offered to do the job himself the next day, and this was another odd encounter. As I opened the front door to answer Don’s knock, Don was actually talking on his cell phone. He brushed me off as if I was intruding on his private conversation, which lasted several minutes. I walked away since apparently I was confused - I “thought” that this electrician just knocked on my front door so he could do some electrical work for me. Several minutes later, Don started the job, and finished the job. The job was satisfactory. The interaction with Don was strange, as if he was generally irritated for having to do the work. Due to the very odd behavior of Don’s employee, and then the odd behavior of Don himself, I would not use this business again for anything else, nor would I recommend this business to anyone else.

  Don was great to work with. We were having an HVAC system put in a home. I worked with someone else who didn't quite get what I needed. Don sent someone the same day, explained I didn't need a bigger panel, but explained how to get the best use out of what I had. He gave me a good price, and was fast. I should point out he asked if I had detailed pictures of the electrical panel, which I did. He was able to understand my needs better because I sent him clear detailed pictures. That was important to him. Thank you Don.

  Don sent his man out to fix my electricity they're very professional and quick he only gave me a small tongue lashing for my distorted rigging of my electrical panel it was funny they didn't find it as humorous as I did though. I haven't seen that much worry on someone's face in a while lol
