  We just moved to the city of Riverside and we’re in need of an electrician. I was so pleased with his delightful response and eagerness in wanting to assist me with my repairs. He was honest, punctual and very thorough. He explained everything to me and didn’t overcharge me for things that were not needed.   I contacted Charles regarding an area power outage in my home. We set an appointment for him to come out. He messaged me when he was nearby on the day of the appointment and arrived timely. He was able to quickly assess the issue-not only explaining the problem but his recommendations for fixing it. He had the issue fixed in 15-20 minutes at a more than reasonable price. He was not aware that I had already gotten an assessment and quote from another company who was planning to charge me at minimum 8 times-yes 8! more than what Charles completed the work for. I told him that he will now be my “go to guy” when I have any electrical issues. Thank you for your honesty and great work Charles!

  Profesional work, took extreme precautions not to damage wood floors, detailed information on how the job was going to be performed and regular progress reports of activities. Honest, hardworking wit special attention to details. Will hire again with no hesitation.
