  Just had 2 new outlets installed so we can hang our tv on the wall and not have cables showing. Justin and Logan showed up and knocked the job out fast! Will definitely have All Phase do any other electrical projects we have.

  If you don’t care to read the lengthy review, in short our experience with All Phase Electric was very unprofessional, dismissive and all around just terrible. We had an appointment at 10am and when the electrician didn’t show up, I called at 1015 to confirm our appointment was still scheduled. The office lady, stated his first job was running late and he would be at our house closer to 11am. Around 12, I called the office again with no answer. I called again around 1pm with no answer so I left a message. At 130pm I sent an email to the project manager advising we had a no show appointment and I was unable to wait at home any longer that day. I received a call around 530pm from the office lady stating the electrician didn’t show up to work and she was “embarrassed”. She rescheduled my appointment for 9am the next day. On to the next day, at 930am there was still no electrician at my house and I called the office. She advised it would be about 30 minutes before he got there. The electrician finally showed up at 11am, two hours after our scheduled appointment stating he had no idea of our appointment. He apologized and stated “it’s on us”. I was under the impression that the work being completed was compensated due to the numerous inconveniences. A week later I get an invoice for over $100 for a job that took 15 minutes to complete. It was such a frustrating experience with no accountability and no sincerity from anyone. If you value your time and money, I would look around for a different company.

  They really saved me from a bad situation! Got us in so fast and was so kind and wonderful to work with, best guys and gals ever! I recommend them 100%!
