If I could give them a minus 5 I would. These are some of the most unprofessional difficult people I have ever dealt with. The sales rep was so argumentative and dismissive of our concerns that I almost threw her out of my house. Then I asked for a written quote that itemized the generator cost. I wanted to see how much they would charge me for the generator, installation, parts, permits, etc. They refused for no good reason. It made me wonder if they didn't want people to know what they're charging for a reason -- So I told them to go fly a kite. A week later I got a quote for a more functional generator for $2000 less. I would never ever trust All Phase personally. I feel their prices are too high and they're not transparent on quote pricing. These are my honest opinions based on my horrendous experience with them.
