  Owner is more inclined to keep up a pointles argument than to work toward solutions. Not particularly ethical. Employees appear professional and sympathetic. Owner will criticize a client for driving in icy conditions, even though he makes a good living from it. Avoid this outfit, if possible.

  Good people, fair priced. Called them because I need a heavy wrecker with a winch as I got my tractor stuck on the crown of a roadway in a residential neighborhood. Had a wrecker to me within 30 minutes.

  Car broke down on 476N, rollback showed up 15 minutes earlier than expected. Had it towed 55 miles up to a dealer(on a Sunday, 2 techs happened to be there) for a very reasonable price. The driver patiently found out where they would like it dropped since it would not start and backed it right in where they wanted it. I hope to never have to call them again but if I need to then I wouldn’t hesitate. Great work.
