  Absolutely would recommend. 100 percent. The man (sorry, I didn't get his name) came out the next day (only because I was not able to accommodate the day of) and looked at my stepmoms washing machine. He determined the issue to be a minor part. And instead of charging ME an ARM & a LEG, he looked it up online and suggested I purchase the part. WOW!!! HOLY MOLY!!!! I am absolutely floored by his honesty in dealing with a customer! He could have, for a lack of better words, screwed us over. I've ordered the part - a whole ten bucks and ninety-eight cents! He also gave me guidance on how to install the part when I receive it. (One ground screw and connecting the wiring harness.) Feels great to have such great service. THANK YOU!
