USAA insurance referred me to them for an accident, and they were prompt (picked up within an hour) and responsive. I had to call twice, once to update my pickup location and once to update the drop off - which was after they had already picked up the car - and they edited everything with absolutely no problems. Would definitely recommend their service!

Michael did an excellent job, well mannered, hooked up my car in a timely manner then diagnosed what was wrong with my car and even fixed it so my kids and I could be safe while driving definitely recommend using all rite towing

Over charged for quoted towing price and said they cut me a deal. Did repairs without consent, put a stripped lug nut back on my tire and over tightened the rest. Appears professional with poor communication and poor mechanical work. I'd recommend to NOT go here!

Hi Dan, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m sorry your not happy with the towing price you received. I’d be happy to talk with you about it and see if we can make it better. As for your repair that was done by the auto shop and not All-Rite Towing. However I do know that you have a brand new rotor with hub and lug studs. So no lug nuts were put on stripped. When yours was so rusted and broken to the point the tire couldn’t be removed. The guys at the shop had to put in a lot of time and effort to get the tire off with out damage to the rim or costing you more money. In fact they’re didn’t even charge you for the time it took. I fully understand your not happy with the service and I’d like to make it right. So please call us and we can work this out.

Josh the owner has always been very nice and easy to work with. He made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. My tire went completely flat in an area that didn’t have a shoulder. He arrived quickly and made sure to park behind me to keep me safe from traffic. My tire was switched out in a timely manner and I was able to continue with my errands. I will only use All Rite towing from now on!

Josh was very sweet and friendly. He helped me jump my boyfriends car and as he was helping me I went to start my own car which also ended up not starting . He helped me get it started.. he also offered stay  with my car while my mom followed me in my boyfriends car home so I could then return to get my car. I was very impressed with how he treated us and will use his services from now own. Thank you for being a kind person and brighten up my day :)

Scheduled to have a 2 machines moved, both together around 3.5 tons. You’d think they’d bring a boom truck. Nope, they load the first machine by wrapping a chain around it, not nylon, and wrenching it up the trailer. Oh yeah doing that they carved a massive groove into the shop floor of the guy I bought it from. They also ran the trailer into the in two places and chipped. Once it was delivered they smartened up and brought the boom. Not before denting the more expensive machine while setting it down. Once it was all over it was magically twice the quoted price. I guess the customer pays for them not using the correct equipment? Anyway, this was a very bad experience and definitely wouldn’t use these guys ever, ever again.

Mitchell, I truly apologize that you are not happy about the service you received. Since you chose to bring it here this is where I’ll address your concerns. When called and quoted it was for 1 milling machine weighing 3500lbs that was going to be at the edge of the shop and loaded onto a car trailer. At that time we scheduled the wrecker so it could be lifted and a car trailer backed underneath. However when you called the day of and said you guys were ready and that we would be transporting it to your address it changed things a little. While trying to keep the price down for you a flatbed was a more reasonable option as it would’ve had to be used anyways. You can’t transport a machine just hanging off the back of a boom.
You stated chains were used to load the 3.5 ton machines. You are correct as thats 7000lbs plus per machine and that’s not taking into consideration the pulling force since there not on wheels and roll. These machines are solid inch plus steel. I do apologize for the small gouge in the concrete from the corner of the machine, however once it stated to touch we stopped and it was the owner of the shop who said go ahead and pull. After the milling machine was loaded that is when we learned of the lathe as well and after some confusion you stated “oh I’m sorry I should’ve explained better on the phone”. Yet we still managed to load it safely on the same flatbed and save you money with one trip. It was decided during this process that we would bring the wrecker to assist with unloading as these machines will not just slide off the deck and it’s much safer than just tilting the deck down. Yes the price did double as there were double the units and nothing was ready when we got there. This whole process went from quoting a simple pick and set down on a trailer to an over 3hr load and unload process. Again I’m truly sorry you feel this way about the service you received. I wish we could of met your standards and left you happy. I truly hope you will reach out on a future call and give us another shot to satisfy you. I hope you enjoy your machines for mountain top mud bog builds and build something to make it through that darn bounty hole.
