  Our air decided to quit on us a week ago. I called a company and they told me I needed a new unit. My A/C has been working perfectly fine until this incident so I decided to call All Seasons Air & Electric for a second opinion. Bryan came out after hours. It took him about 10 minutes to tell me that my "capacitor" was bad and that this was causing the problem. He changed it and we were up and running w/in 30 min.

  The technician was very polite and friendly, he covered his shoes when he walked through the house which I appreciated. He spent a lot of time cleaning the unit, went through his checklist, and actually explained to me what he was doing. I was amazed by the amount of dirt and gunk he was able to pull out of my A/C after it had just been "cleaned" six months ago. I had been using the same company that installed the unit about 6 years ago for the normal maintenance, but decided to give All Seasons Air & Electric a try after a friend recommended them, and I literally can't believe the difference in this one service visit!! He fixed problems that had been continuous issues since the new unit was put in, and showed me why the problems had kept coming back. What had the other company been doing? Because they darn sure weren't cleaning or fixing their own mistakes. It almost seems like the other company was deliberately not taking care of my unit so it would break and they could charge me for making the repairs and service calls. Needless to say I will not be calling the old company back (one of the largest in the area by the way) as they were even rude to me over the phone when I confronted them about their work. As for All Seasons Air, I was very impressed and referred them immediately to my neighbors who were in the process of shopping for replacing their A/C's. They also decided to use All Seasons to replace both of their A/C units because of the deal and military discount they got, as well as the knowledge and how nice they were to work with. Can't go wrong by using these guys, as they are the only ones that will do work for me in the future.

  Our A/C (one of three units we have, two in our house and one in the mother-in-law apartment) died on Saturday morning at the beginning of the Columbus Day Holiday weekend (of course!) Bryan Snyder was here within a half-hour, and had the problem diagnosed within the hour. The unit was beyond repair, but Bryan managed to get it running until Monday morning, when he was able to get the permit in spite of the Holiday, and had a complete new system installed within about five hours. The last company took all day, with twice the manpower, put an unnecessary hole in our wall, and installed the unit improperly, which probably caused it's demise prematurely, and wasted much electricity in the process. The inspector who came after was impressed by Bryan's job, and said so. We will deal with only All Seasons for our A/C and electrical needs in the future! Thank you so much!
