  I give "All Stars" one star. The one star is for keeping an initial appointment and that's it. On 1/18/22 I set an appointment with James and Kevin to come by my home a week later on 1/25/22 to look at my bathroom exhaust fan that was going out. (I arranged time off work to meet with them.) After James looked at the fan, Kevin told me he would check their supplier for parts and call me with an estimate. He called me later that day to say their main supplier didn't have the parts but that he had other sources and would get back with me the following day. He didn't. I called three times over the course of a week, talking to James, who told me each time Kevin would get back with me shortly, even telling me the last time Kevin would get back with me in 15 minutes. He didn't. If these guys didn't want my business, or couldn't handle the job, they should have been polite and professional enough to say so and not string me along with promises of phone calls that were never returned. They wasted my time that could gave been spent finding another electrician. I live in a community where word of mouth is a company's best (or worst) form of advertisement. The word I would use to describe All Stars is unreliable. .
