  If you have ZERO involvement with an employee's after work personal business, then how can you terminate such employee as this was not on company time, you didn't have all the facts and it had ZERO to do with the company as you said? And why was such employee told they were not terminated just suspended until this was resolved which it was within 2 days? Seems like a lot of contradictions with all parties involved.

  I actually used to work for always electric back in 2017 this company rocks family-owned business down to earth courteous respectful to all employees and the pay was real good I would definitely love to go back now that I'm back in Florida
