  Called to make service appointment for one of my 18 Rentals I was told scheduling would call me back and it’s now been over 24 hours with no call back. Poor business practices will not try again.

  I am SO HAPPY by the professional, and immediate service I received from ALLAN ELECTRIC!! Not only were they knowledgeable, friendly, and on time, they also made sure I had the best financial deal possible to help me with my immense repair, and went over every single repair option with me, thoroughly, and showed me the more affordable repair, so I could choose what route to take. I had instant communications through text messaging, and was able to send pictures and get a reply every time, right away. I was provided with knowledge without even contracting their service, at that time, I was given the opportunity to pick up the parts myself, as I preferred, and I was SO relieved to have power back on shortly after the electrician arrived. All of the people I dealt with, from the front desk, to the management, to the representatives who arrived at my house, were incredible kind and helpful. I was so overwhelmed at the thought of having to call an electrician, but was billed a very reasonable and affordable amount. I will utilize this service any time I have another electrical issue, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for integrity, professionalism, and prompt repair! Other places quoted me four times higher, and said they were two weeks out, Allan Electric had me back in power within 24 hours of calling them!

  I have asked for a quote to fix/rewire my garage twice. No one in the office will get back to me to set a time. When I called and stated that no one had contacted me to set up a time, the receptionist stated that she would have someone call me that day. It has now been one month. I do not recommend them and will not use them moving forward.
