  Honestly, it has been a long time since I've come across a business that was as professional, thorough and knowledgeable. After I called about my furnace not working, Steve Allen showed up within 20 minutes. He went over all my options, what would be cheapest, what would be most effective, what he felt was best for us to do, in his professional opinion. At a time when many businesses opt for what will garner the most money, he recommended a very reasonable solution that resulted in a warm, cozy house by the time he left. I could not be happier with Steve and the company he works for. Finding that kind of integrity these days is few and far between. AND, as an added bonus, as he he leaving, he pulled a tree that had come down in this last storm and was blocking part of my driveway, out of the way by using straps and his truck. Truly just a great guy who knows this business and is willing to go over and above. This is the first time I've ever written a review for any business but I was so impressed, I just had to. Highly highly recommend Allen Mechanical. You won't regret it.

  After my upstairs AC failed to cut on I thought I was going to need a whole new outside unit. However it turned out that the inside component was actually clogged with mineral deposits. Through a phone call I was walked through how to clean out the water pipes on the inside component with the included brush. Low and behold it worked. They suggested this and saved me not only from unnecessary repairs but also a trip charge. They even followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure the unit was running properly. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

  Called on a Sunday and left a voicemail. I got a call back before 8:30am Monday morning from Steve Allen. He was beyond professional and very helpful. We got set up with the repair help we needed and everything went well. I could not be happier and the guys at Allen Mechanical will be my go to for anything I need in the future. Again - THANK YOU!
