Bob first came out to give me a quote since I had a number of items I wanted to get done and I needed to figure out what was in my budget. The quote was reasonable and Bob figured out better solutions to getting what I wanted done than the other electricians I had out. He also explained everything they were going to do and how they were going to do it. On the day of service, he and Ryan came out and finished all of the work on that day. Bob communicated with me well before and on the day of work. I've been very happy with the results. He told me that normally he does work based on time and materials (and that can cost less) but having a quote and knowing exactly how much each item I needed done would cost was a relief. I will certainly be using Alliance Electrical for any future projects.
