  Paid $ 175.00 for them to come to my home to generate a quote. Promised me written still haven't received it. I did get a receipt that I paid for call....unbelievable

  We were at a gas station in Oxford waiting to get diesel. There is only the one pump working. The hose was in his truck. We thought he was in the station. Turns out after waiting over 7 minutes , he’s in the truck on the phone. When he finally got out to remove the hose, my husband told him there were other people waiting and he was just sitting there on the phone holding up the line. His comment was “ I don’t care “ and drove off. Who would want someone working at there home with that kind of attitude, especially on electrical. Reflects poorly on the company.

  Im sorry about that, but the tech was doing a trouble shooting on his phone. And he was filling up his truck at the same time. And ill make sure he cares next time. Have a good day.

  Great service. Came the next day. Ali was great, took care of a difficult issue that another electric company was unable to fix and did not charge much at all.
