  This electrician agreed to install an exhaust fan in my bathroom. I tried for a month to get him to do the work, or at least schedule it. Every time I called, I got the same answer: “You’re on the list. I’ll call you late this week or early next week” He never did. Disgusting customer service. Although after reading the other negative reviews, maybe it’s for the best. I’m getting great service with OK Electric company now.

  Mike came over for a full kitchen remodel. Here is my experience: He was belittling to his employee, an apprentice electrician, he wired my kitchen nook with 14 gauge wire (15 amps) even though it is code to wire kitchens with 12 gauge, 20 amp wire - and he had the gall to argue with me until I read the code book to him. I even told him I was putting a large espresso maker on it. I made him fix it. He lied to my contractor and told me "it all has to be wired back to the kitchen circuit" whatever that means. There are 4 kitchen circuits. He wired my 4 amp hood vent to the living room circuit! Code says you do not put a motor load on circuits with sensitive electronics like stereo and television. He just didn't want to pull another wire. He put in incandescent outdoor flood lights even though the contract says LED. He didn't even consult me about receptacle color - got cheap stark white. He WAS kind enough to install the receptacles and switch covers BEFORE the cabinets were installed so they all had to come off. Had 3 loose boxes - so loose that the drywall started to crumble when you plugged and unplugged appliances. I had to fix them myself. Two separate electrical boxes for receptacles that were neither plumb or level with each other so it looks stupid. LAZY and POOR WORKMANSHIP.

  The quote was done fast, but very poor customer service. Had to constantly call for the quote update, once received could never get a date to do the work. Last straw was when I gave them a week to give me at least a date to make arrangements for work, and the rep HUNG UP on me. Very poor customer service, Im glad I didn't pay before the work was done. Will not recommend.
