    First they gave a quote on a fan replacement and replacing can lighting in writing. When they had to come out a second time because I didn't have the down rod for the fan. They said it would be an additional cost. (which I was fine with) When we got billed it was $600.00 more then what was quoted in writing. Then, when I sent them the written estimate they had given me, they said it was incorrect. I said, it wasn't my issue that they sent me a incorrect estimate. They eventually charged what they had sent but, not without an argument. Terrible communication!
