  Ameren what about Ameren light company they always took care of me no matter how many times a woman need to pay my bill on time you always accepting me back treating me like a human being I like the customer service to and it wasn't their fault tat I wasn't able to pay my bill I thank God for everything everyday all day and I think it for the people that he put in our life and I'm a single parent because I know excuse but if you have a help all my help come from the Lord and all the people that he put it on life thank you don't think I ain't trying to I'm not. Not trying to do my best until I leave here God bless everybody stay safe and stay strong and most definitely stay prayed up

  They do not support small business. Huge conglomerate taking advantage of everyday citizens trying to survive this economic crisis. Small business having trouble paying bills? Well we will send notice of disconnect the same day it’s happening then keep off electricity for an entire day of business loss. Fine you for the disconnect then charge huge deposit fees thereafter. So if your struggling they will kick you down further until I’m out of business I guess. And no choice. Can’t choose another company. It’s either so what they want or go under. Thanks ameren. You’re the worst.

  I get my monthly breakdown of my electrical use on my house which is full electric and there's one of the items listed is other. There's heating hot water laundry etc and of course OTHER.. last month other was $3 this month other was $45. I live by myself I don't waste electricity and they couldn't tell me so I don't trust them so much I didn't want to give them a really bad review so I went in the middle because I plan on continuing to investigate what they charged me for.
