  2 Guys were here 2.5 days. Nate articulated the things he worked on well and we had no problem understanding him - he mostly worked in the attic in this awful heat....and did not complain a bit!~ The only reason for 4 stars is because we should have been afforded the option of knowing the pricing in advance for any additional work: just one example that I'm pretty sure we would not have agreed to pay is "$275" for "one outlet" to be added to the new outside electical box that was put in! Jim did make some revisions to the bill, which was appreciated - but only after putting his phone in my face and telling me to look at it: he seemed knowledgeable but very immature. We did expect to have to do some cleaning but was a bit surprised at all dirty handprints on the walls....

  The work that was performed was out standing. The workers were very knowledgeable, courteous and clean. Jim Tracy is a very good manager with very good people skills. He walked me through all of the details of what was being done and what needs to be done. A job very well done with more to come.

  Jim was extremely professional and polite. Completed the tasks in a timely manner and was able to communicate very well. I appreciate this thoroughness and how well he was able to explain these procedures to me. I was quoted and scheduled in the same month, which has been hard to do. Definitely recommend Jim for any electric needs. The office staff was kind as well and listened well to my communication preferences. The quote was explained in detail to me prior to scheduling. Communicate was appropriately completed over the web and through texts. Thank you to Jim and the office staff for completing the tasks I needed!
