  I have strong feelings for AEP right now. . . Never received a bill for the month of May, and are now being told we didn't pay. I just checked the list of bills for our previous account, and a bill for the month of May does not even exist, but OF COURSE, after I call and tell them that I can see no evidence of a bill from the month of May, it's there. It's hard to pay a bill that was never received in the first place. We are continually having issues with AEP charging us ridiculous amounts, and despite having paid off our previous account IN FULL, we are being told that we owe over $100. I have yet to speak with a competent individual regarding these many issues over the past 6+ months. This company is full of horrible people who want nothing but to empty the pockets of people who can't afford high electric bills.
