  They made quick work of our issue and fixed a serious failure. If you've ever had to call an electrician you know you pay by the hour. They were able to knock out a complex problem in 1 hour with no runaround. I plan to keep using them while I live out this way.

  AES arrived within the afternoon of my emergency call and helped me with my electrical issue. They even recommended a nearby business that could possibly repair my damaged ceiling fixture (which had caught fire). Wow! Excellent service. 5 Stars!

  **Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.** If you like terrible communication, poor customer service, and your electrician not showing up then you're in luck. I've been stood up by them now twice. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else. Their voicemail (which you can hear pretty easily since they don't tend to answer the phone) says "Proudly serving the Mid-Atlantic with integrity and quality the American way". They're all sizzle and no steak. If I could post zero stars I would.
