Very professional, timely, and completely transparent. When shopping around he was the only one who gave out an itemized cost breakdown with multiple options. He is personable and didn’t up-sale or attempt to up-sale. They are very versatile in their skill set, they placed in new hvac systems, updated electrical work, and installed a new hot water system into our home. We are pleased with their work. I trust them in our home without us being there.

American Heating and Cooling is very professional, and provides top notch Customer Service. From the very beginning when I called for estimates to Kyle coming to the house and the guys installing the unit. Kyle explained in detail each unit, the warranty, and how they have 24 hour service. He provided materials/ videos for you to look over, he eased the stress and worry one might have when making such a large purchase. He made sure that you had the right unit to meet your needs. The next day when the installers came they worked all day, installed the unit and thermostat and picked up every single thing! I did not have to lift a finger. They were kind and courteous. If you need a unit, I pray you give American Heating and Cooling a try, you will not be disappointed and to mention, they had the BEST price!
