  I would actually not even give this company a 1. A simple order turned out to be a horrible experience. Measurements, product material, time line of delivery all could not be done by the staff after three times. Texts, phone call and emails never returned. Contact made by continuous calling on my part. The associate continued to put us off giving us incorrect information. Also I understand this associate has 20 years experience (Christina). We never received the correct item even after waiting 4 months! Enough said!
