  I needed an appliance quick and couldn’t pay cash for one. American Rental had what I needed and was able to deliver to my home. The monthly payments are very manageable.

  Very bad experience with this company. They hound you if u are just a few days late on your payment. My balance was very small and they harrassed me when I had a death in my family. They are knocking on your door harassing you constantly. Very bad business practices. The one guy that works there lives near me . He has a pitiful dog he keeps in a small cage behind his house. I went to talk to him about the dog and he told me 3 times to get out of the store. I complained to dist mgr but no action was taken to my knowledge.

  We work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied. We are competitively priced, and 100% of rental payments count towards purchase. We offer FREE delivery and installation. We are willing to work with customers to make arrangements when they fall behind on payments, and we’re willing to search for items at our other stores if we don’t have exactly what a customer wants.
