  After a my roof repair claims were approved, I needed an interior ceiling and drywall company. Ameripride Services came highly recommended and I am so glad I went with them over the others who came out and quoted. The work the did was immaculate and I found an incredible general contract company to help with other minor and major repairs (including my hot water heater replacement). They are extremely fairly priced and they care about their customers! I look forward to using them for years to come - it’s good to have someone you can trust when your house needs repairs.

  She was charged for a service that never took place. The pipe in the laundry was leaking. The washer hose is attached to this. When the plumber came there was no leak any longer. HE PREFORMED NO WORK AT ALL. Told my mother she should get a new washer and disconnected a hose that was too tight for my ELDERLY mother to take off. He charged $90! And of course the property office company charged my mother! I have explained that the man did no work.

  Kimberlin, we were called out for a service call by your property manager for a water leak at the washing machine. Upon our tech's arrival, we were advised by your mother that her washing machine was the problem and she couldn't get the hoses disconnected, and asked us to disconnect them, which we did. The issue was not a water leak, it was a faulty washing machine. We, like most service companies, have a basic service charge which covers the office's time to process the work order, dispatch it, coordinate it with you - the tenant, our tech's time to drive there, his time there, etc. At no time were we advised that there was no longer a leak nor the call canceled. We charged the property manager for the service call. It is their discretion whether they feel it necessary to forward that charge onto you.
