  Ampco ripped me off. First, I had to wait without electricity for 5 days just to get an appointment. They called the morning of the appointment to inform me that there was an emergency in Oklahoma City and they had determined that my emergency wasn't as important. But they promised they'd be out the next day. Well, they never showed up. I had to call them, and it was obvious they had forgotten me. Ampco charges $225 for the first hour and $150 for any portion of any additional hours. Two men showed up the next day. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, which was a burnt outlet plug, and reattached the plug within 10 minutes. BUT... when it came time to collect, they charged me for TWO HOURS, claiming that the first hour included drive time. I might note, they are NOT 45 minutes away from me. So, to fix, not replace, a plug cost me $375, which is about 1/3 of my total monthly SS income. I also had to throw away a lot of spoiled food. My recommendation? Find someplace else unless you're rich and don't care if you're ripped off

  I am sorry you are dissatisfied with our services. You clearly had a choice to find another company to service you if you didn’t want to wait 5 days on our services. 1. We are also very upfront with our hourly charges to all customers. 2. GPS is 1 hour 10 mins to your location. 3. We aren’t responsible for the spoiled food. 4. We aren’t responsible for your monthly income. 5. You were in fact taken care of. 6. You signed the approval stating you were happy and you paid the invoice! Again I apologize that you weren’t happy with our services, but we tried to take care of you the best we could.

  Did yall know they do HVAC now?! What a superb experience we had with Dylan Hanning and his partner who installed our shops heating and air system yesterday and today! We will definitely be using them for any of our future personal or small business needs!
