  They showed up ON TIME and completed their work in the time frame promised. The site was clean and very neat when they finished. An outstanding experience and we plan to use them for other work. I give them a 5+.

  Nolan called to let me know what time to expect them. They arrived and checked out all my issues and replaced a breaker in our main power pole. We have two more projects that we'll be calling for them to do in the near future. Very impressed with their knowledge and advice! You definitely won't go wrong with this company!

  I typically do not write online reviews. However, I felt it was important enough this time if anyone was looking to use this company and needed a reasonable response to a request. I contacted the company on 4/18/18 to have a manual transfer switch installed. I was told they were busy but hopefully I would get service the following week. I called back no less than once a week for five weeks. Each time I was told I was close to the top of the list. Week 4 I was told the request was on the technicians desk. Never heard a word back. I called back the next week, and was promised a call back the next day. As you might suspect, no call back. So, I cannot review their level of completed service, only their lack of responsiveness to a request. If you need work done within a couple of months and don't mind waiting, then this may be the company for you.
