  Worst company and customer service. HomeShield sent out a technician from this company as part of my home warranty to look at a regular outage at my home. The electrician looked at the main braker for 5 minutes and concluded the braker looks fine. But he said I could replace it to see if it helps. I asked him if it looks good then can the issue be something else. He refused to take a look at anything else saying this was the only thing he would look at as that’s the only thing he was told to look at. I called back and asked Ash why he only looked at that and he yelled at me on the phone confirming what the technician said that it was a braker overload. A waste of time and money. I should have read the reviews here first and asked for a different contractor.

  I was told that they would arrive between 12 and 2. (to work on my bathroom fan) The worker got here at 1:10, pulled out the broken fan (within 5 mins) then said that he would be right back to get a replacement. Hasn't been back since.

  Wort service ever. dont call them for service. Ask your warranty company to not send these guys for service. will be waste of money. ask for replacement if this company gets assigned.
