  I moved to the area in May from Sevierville. My power, I kid you not, goes out once a week. I've called multiple times to report the issue and nothing ever gets fixed. Once a week is ridiculous. They've blamed it on the birds. I lived in Sevierville for 2 years and my power went out once.

  They have absolutely no customer service skills. We have an no service at this moment and they told me it would be over 5 hours until they fix the problem and couldn't tell me what the problem is but according the their site 562 people are without electricity service right now. Absolutely not okay with their ability to keep any information available for the customers. Because of this we have no way of cooking dinner no power to do homework take showers.

  You people are crazy, I have lived all over the country the past 35 years, this is by far the best managed utility company I have ever done business with since I've had power in my name. As for shutting off your power on the 29th, pay your bill instead of ordering the big box from pizza hut
