  Bic came out and accessed our needs and concerns. He was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the situation we had and we discussed the best way to fix the situation. He presented us with a quote, explained everything in detail and answered our questions. We told him we needed a few days to decide how to proceed. He wasn’t pushy, he left the quote with us and told us to call when we were ready to proceed.

  We had to replace our old heating and cooling system of 20 years. Bic, the salesman, came by and gave us the estimate. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We went ahead and purchased unit. He called and kept in touch with us over next couple weeks. Very customer focused!! The technicians then came and we're very friendly and skilled!! We are truly satisfied with the service that Appalachian Heating provided!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!
