  A crew from AEP in Lovingston, along with workers from West Virginia, restored my power after the recent storm. They had to replace a pole in a hard to reach area and a transformer on another pole and rerun wire. I am so thankful for all they do after every storm! They are wonderful!

  As a customer of AEP, I have to pay a fee to pay my bill. This is unfair and poor customer service.

  Horrible customer service. I can never get an actual person on the phone. It’s always a recorded message.
