  Had them out to install 3 fans. It took MAYBE an hour and a half and I got billed for 2 and a half hours. called to try to figure it out and the owner wouldnt speak to me. Made his secretary handle everything. They tried to say I was billed because of "travel time" but they are less than 10 minutes away. I expected they would pull that so I made sure to explain to them that 30 minutes total drive time, including traffic should NOT be over $100. After that they FINALLY lowered my bill to a semi-reasonable amount. If the electrician had not stood around trying to talk and drag the time on forever, the job could have been done in an hour, so I basically got billed to listen to him talk about his kids and old house. Will NEVER use this company again. Even if the other places in town are backed up, they are worth the wait. He also didn't even install the fans properly. Had to have someone else redo them. 0/10
