  Arc Angel installed a 24KW emergency generator with surge protectors exactly when promised. From the office (Shawna) to the field (Chris and his apprentice), this was the most professional contractor we have had come to our house. Communication of the plan was accurate and on time and we received a text every morning informing us that the technicians were on their way. The installers were courteous an kept their work areas clean every day. Chris would also let us know when they were leaving each day and tell us where they were vs the planned schedule. We had an issue with the plumber bailing on us and Chris went out of his way to call around and find a plumber so the generator would be working for the upcoming snow storm. Fantastic service all around and a company I would use over and over again!

  Nathan and Austin did such a tremendous job hiding my TV cable! I explained them what I needed done and headed to a meeting in a hurry(I work from home). About 25 minutes later, they called me and it really looked like magic! The work was perfect. They even put the frame back on the TV! I always call Arc Angel when I need electrical work done because they are the best but this time they exceeded my expectations. You can hire them without any concerns whatsoever.

  Tyler was exceptional start to finish, and the company was very communicative about scheduling and expected arrivals (they use a GPS tracker so you can follow along as the electrician is en route to your home, so you know exactly when to expect them). Tyler was thorough during our quote appointment and was back in just 2 days for installation despite a busy schedule. The service was excellent, product well explained, and I could not recommend him and Arc Angel more highly!
