I had a charge appear on my account for 646.00 for an electric bill..This wasn't me and I called and this company told me I signed up on facebook in 2018 and I havent had a facebook since 2011. She said I can close the account I said I never opened it to began with. She said this company doesn't scam or allow fraud!! I told her in this day and age every company has dealt with scam and fraud and even with people getting bills in your name without your knowledge. I said well it's mighty funny since I never signed up. She told me to email support...no phone number..no apologies..just email support. REALLY?!?! I thank God I am a Ameren customer and I thank God for my bank

WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, JAS?!! I believe you left this review in complete error. We do not provide "accounts". We do not sign anybody up for anything on Facebook. We do not even know who you are. No one from our company has ever spoken with you. We are an air conditioning and electrical repair company in Arcadia, Florida. We have been in business for 58 years and have never "scammed" anyone. Please post your review to the appropriate company. You have every right to be annoyed with your situation and we wish you the best in getting it resolved. Should you ever need a/c or electrical repairs, please give us a call. We have been serving Desoto county Florida, since 1963.

Every week I drive to Orlando for work! Thank you for making me laugh . Your sign is so funny that it makes me want to tell all my passengers on the airplane about those squats! Happy Electric Day 😂

Our a/c was fixed before our house heated up to be unbearable. The technician, Reed, was a wonderful young man who diagnosed the problem, reviewed the cost with us and promptly fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company!
