Had some furnace problems. They were quick to answer the phone and the technician knew exactly what to do, was respectful, and professional, and was able to help me immediately. I will definitely call them first for any issues i have HVAC in the future.

I noticed my heat wasn't working. Terry was able to come to my residence the same day and fix the problem (limit switch) for a very fair price. Highly recommend!

This company was suggested to us for repairs by a friend. We just purchased our home earlier this year and when the weather came around we started having issues with our outdoor heat pump freezing over solid and not keeping up. We also requested a cleaning of the unit and to top off the refrigerant at the time of diagnosis as well. Tim came out and diagnosed what he said was we needed a new thermostat with new wiring to our indoor unit because he said it only had 4 wires and needed 5. So we made an appointment for him to come back out with help the following Tuesday. He was supposed to be there at 11:00am. He never showed. We called him a few times during the day and each time he just said "I'm on my way". 6PM rolled around and he still hadn't showed so we called again. He told us he would be there soon that he had an emergency appointment he had to take care of. Which really we would have understood if he had just told us that to begin with instead of getting an attitude with us when we called to check why he wasn't there after my fiance had taken the day off to be there for the repairs. By the time he finally showed it was nearly 8PM, 9 hours after when he said he would be there. He then replaced the thermostat with a new one in a new location and ran new wires. $400, and that's without him cleaning the unit or topping off the refrigerant like we requested he do, he said that he couldn't do either of those things until it was 90+ degrees outside. Two days later we realized that that didn't fix the issues, and our heat pump was still freezing over solid, so we called him back out. He checked the electrical flow on a Saturday to a few things and told us the problem was a bad defrost control board and he would order the part on Monday and give us a call to let us know how much it was and he would come back out and replace it. Wednesday came around and we still hadn't heard from him, so we gave him a call to check it. He seemed very annoyed that we were called and was very rude and said he would call us back Friday. Well, Friday evening came around and again we hadn't heard from him, so we gave him a call around 6PM to check on the part. Again we were met with rudeness and very obvious annoyance that we were calling to check, but he never called when he said we were and we were having to run emergency heat because the heat pump wasn't working. The next week we found out that the plant he orders his parts from was shut down now. Tim told us he would call us back the following Friday and again never did. So we ordered the part he told us to ourselves ($110) and we contacted another company. That company came out and diagnosed the system and looked over all of the repairs that Tim had made and diagnosed the only problem that we had was low refrigerant, which we had originally requested Tim to check in the first place and he made excuses that weren't even true not to do it. This company actually checked and tested sensors, checked pressures, and took the time to show/explain to us what the issue was and why it was this, while the only thing Tim did was check electrical flow. Thanks to Arctic Air we wasted $760($400 to them, $110 on the last part they said was the problem that was fine, and $250 on the actual problem) on a repair that should have only cost us $250 to fix.
