  Had two generators installed, one a replacement the other a new install. They have two install teams and I had both of them. The quality of their staff, workmanship, ease to work with was amazing. Chris did a great job getting both set up and when install time came it was executed flawlessly.

  Awesome all around. 1. They were $3500 less than the other guys 2. Staff worked as team. Everyone knew what they had to do. It was a pleasure just watching them. 3. My neighbor was so impressed with these guys that he is switching his annual maintenance contract to Ark. 4. When CenterPoint came to raise the gas pressure, they were extremely impressed. They commented that the way the generator was installed would cut their time time from two hours to 15 minutes. I couldn't be more happy. If I had more work that they could do for me around the house, I'd use them for that too. Quality. Professional. Value.

  Bought a generator from them. Then they stopped answering their emails. When I called and left message with person answering the phone the maintenance/warranty department never called back. They don't seem to care anymore.
